At the beginning of The Five People You Meet in Heaven, Mitch Albom starts by saying "All ending are also beginnings." The novel starts at the end of Eddie's life and the beginning of his afterlife in Heaven.
There was once a time when there was an ending which initiated a beginning for me. When I finished kindergarten, I had to move to a new school. My mom researched schools that were close to home and found AMBS, where I have been going to school for the past 7 years. At the end of my kindergarten year, I was very sad because I had to leave all of my friends behind, not knowing I was going to meet my best friends at this school. I am very thankful that I moved because I wouldn't have had the opportunity to study with great teachers and meet amazing new people that I can now call my friends. Clearly "All endings are also beginnings."
